Level 3.1 Low-Intensity Residential Treatment
(Men's Campus in Frederick, MD)
Program Overview


Who We Serve
- Adult Men (18+) struggling with substance use disorder who require more support than outpatient care but less medical oversight than higher-intensity residential levels.
- Individuals transitioning from inpatient stays who are ready to reintegrate into everyday life with continued structure.
- Those seeking a recovery community where they can build life-skills, accountability, and healthy routines.
Home-Like Setting
Comfortable private and semi-private bedrooms, communal kitchen and living spaces, and outdoor areas designed to feel safe and welcoming.
On-Site Clinical Support
Licensed clinicians and certified recovery coaches available during daytime hours to provide individual counseling, group therapy, and crisis support as needed.
Life-Skills Training
Workshops on budgeting, meal planning, job readiness, communication skills, and relapse prevention to prepare residents for successful independent living.


Peer Community
Daily check-ins, resident-led support meetings, and social
activities to foster accountability, mutual encouragement, and lasting friendships.
Family Involvement
Regular family workshops and phone/video check-ins to
keep loved ones informed and involved in the recovery journey.

Each resident receives an individualized treatment plan tailored to their history, strengths, and goals. Plans are reviewed weekly and updated collaboratively with the treatment team.

Five-day-a-week, day-treatment model for clients stepping down from residential orneeding intensive support:
- 6-hour therapeutic days (psychoeducation, process groups, art/movement therapy)
- Medical monitoring & medication management
- Peer support & case coordination
Program Overview
Our Level 2.5 Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) delivers an intensive, structured day-treatment experience for adults seeking robust clinical care without overnight residency. Held Monday through Friday, PHP offers a blend of group therapy, individual counseling, medical oversight, and life-skills workshops—so you can make meaningful progress while returning to home each evening.


Who We Serve
- Adults (18+) with moderate to severe substance use disorders who need more support than outpatient levels.
- Individuals stepping down from inpatient care who want continued therapeutic structure.
- Those balancing recovery with work, school, or family responsibilities and who have a stable home environment.
Comprehensive Clinical Care
Up to 20 hours per week of individual, group, and family therapy led by licensed clinicians.
Medical & Nursing Oversight
Daily check-ins and a consulting psychiatrist to monitor progress, manage medications, and address emerging needs.
Life-Skills Workshops
Practical training in stress management, healthy communication, relapse prevention, and vocational readiness.


Holistic Supports
Integrated mind-body practices—yoga, mindfulness meditation, and art therapy—to complement traditional counseling.
Peer Connection
Small, supportive cohorts (8–12 participants) that foster accountability, shared insights, and lasting friendships.
